Maria Gonzalez, Founder and Managing Partner, brings 20 plus years of public sector work experience to M&A Supplier Diversity Consultants (M&A SDC). Maria’s public sector experience started with a career in law enforcement that was followed by 11 years in the field of procurement for the training, educating and coaching suppliers in the area of business diversity and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Orders supporting diversity compliance. Maria’s other interests includes furniture/antiques refinishing business, the Refinishing Oracle, in the town of Acushnet, MA.
Andie Ryoo, Managing Partner brings 20 years of experience in the area of non-profit, training, operation management, and program solutions. Andie, has transitioned to M&A SDC as an accomplished, passionate, and strong leader educating businesses in supplier diversity, business development and entrepreneurship. She is currently the COO of an appliance repair company.
