Our Team of Experts

Supplier Diversity Consultants (SDC) started with two passionate and creative women. Our combined background experience comes from assisting socially disadvantaged businesses from nonprofit organizations along with working at the State of Massachusetts.

Maria Gonzalez

Founder & Managing Partner
Maria is the founder and managing partner of M&A Supplier Diversity Consultants (M&A SDC). She is known as a dedicated consultant with over 20 years of experience in the public sector. She shares a broad range of knowledge and expertise to create compliant supplier diversity programs for M&A SDC clients. She also strongly advocates for the Small Minority and Woman-Owned business community. 

Andie Ryoo

Managing Partner
Andie is a managing partner at Supplier Diversity Consultants, LLC. We specialize in developing creative solutions for corporations and small businesses with a commitment to supplier diversity expansion. She began her business with a clear mission and two critical passions in mind: 1) pursuing advocacy for supplier diversity programs; and 2) elevating the importance of those programs for economic sustainability in today’s global markets.

Michelle Trujillo Brown-Droese, MBA is a passionate advocate for amplifying diverse voices, especially for Latinas and women of color through customized Focus Groups. She is an expert Business Model strategist, consultant, and trainer utilizing her 30+ years of experience in healthcare and nonprofits.

William Funk

William (Bill) Funk

Procurement Consultant

Bill is an independent procurement consultant focusing on support for large and small businesses interested in public sector procurement. Bill’s unwavering guidance and dedication to his clients is a testament to his experience and knowledge in both the private and public sectors. His familiarity with business operations is derived from his 35 years of analytical proficiency, sales, marketing, and product management experiences in the private sector combined with 18 years in procurement with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Operational Services Division (OSD).

Patricia Juba

Patricia is a certified disc consultant that is passionate about adding value for your growth personally and professionally. Patricia understands that once you realize your own communication style you will be better equipped to engage with the other styles and build better impactful teams.
Patricia also has over 22 years of experience in the property management field and holds a CPM designation.
