Four Pillars Approach

For Corporations
The Supplier Diversity Program is a proactive program which encourages the use of minority-owned, women owned, veteran owned, LGBT-owned, service disabled veteran owned, historically underutilized business, and Small Business Administration (SBA)-defined small business concerns as suppliers (source from Wikipedia). Through the Supplier Diversity Program, government and mid-sized to large corporations are guided to develop detailed programs that supports their spending in different categories that gives SBA defined small businesses a fair and equal chance for earnings across the board.
If you are a corporation with a Supplier Diversity Program or are willing to build a program, you will want to work with us.

We will foster your needs and deliver services with positive results. Training, coaching, and empowerment is our main attribute when working with your team. Our plan utilizes an all hands-on-deck 360 degrees involvement. We start with orientating your team on the supplier diversity plan and engage leadership in the process. We work with you to build a step-by-step approach in creating a plan that will work for you.

For Small Businesses
With this information M&A SDC empowers socially diverse business groups to consider being certified within their City and State and, where necessary, at the Federal level as well.
Depending on where you live being certified gives a socially disadvantaged business an elevated position for bidding opportunities. Businesses confirmed as nonprofits can be certified at no fee by the City, State, and Federal Governments. There are many categories of certifications and depending on your business needs you may be qualified to be a minority owned and/or woman owned business to name a few. M&A SDC offers certification guidance from start to finish.
